The Sweet engagement ring by Maison D.Bachet stands out for its distinctive architectural design, created to showcase the center diamond. Its double beveled band features bold geometric lines and an open structure that leaves the diamond largely exposed. Two sculptural prongs secure the center stone while forming an integral part of the design. This contemporary interpretation of the classic diamond solitaire combines sculptural volumes, carefully balanced proportions and striking contrasts between diamonds and precious metal.
At the heart of our engagement rings is the careful selection of natural white diamonds. Each diamond is chosen according to demanding quality standards, including color, clarity, cut and proportions. For natural white diamonds weighing 0.30 carats and above, Maison D.Bachet favors F-VS quality diamonds accompanied by a grading report from a recognized gemological laboratory, such as GIA or HRD. Beyond these technical characteristics, we pay particular attention to each diamond's brilliance and how it complements the ring's design. Our diamonds are sourced in accordance with the Kimberley Process. The Sweet solitaire can be crafted with different center diamond carat weights, in 18k gold or 950 platinum.
Each engagement ring is handcrafted in our workshop in France, where traditional jewelry-making expertise allows the setting and proportions to be adapted to the selected diamond.
