2. Data Protection, Personal Data, Cookies

D.BACHET collects personal data about its CUSTOMERS through the SITE, including through cookies. CUSTOMERS may disable cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.

The collected data are used to process orders on the SITE, manage CUSTOMER accounts, analyze orders, and, if the CUSTOMER has expressly opted-in, to send promotional emails, newsletters, promotional offers, and/or information on special sales, unless the CUSTOMER has opted out of receiving such communications from D.BACHET.

CUSTOMER data is kept confidential by D.BACHET for the needs of the contract, its execution, and in compliance with the law, for a period of 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship or from the last contact if you are not yet a customer.

CUSTOMERS may unsubscribe at any time either by accessing their account or by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each promotional email.

Data may be shared, in whole or in part, with D.BACHET service providers involved in the order process. For commercial purposes, D.BACHET may share names and contact details of its CUSTOMERS with its business partners, provided they have given their express consent during registration on the SITE.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, D.BACHET commits to upholding the rights of the data subjects.

CUSTOMERS have the right to access, correct, transfer, and delete their data, or restrict its processing, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual and auditory elements of the SITE, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or patent laws.

These elements are the exclusive property of D.BACHET. Anyone wishing to establish a direct hyperlink to the SITE must obtain permission from D.BACHET in writing.

This permission from D.BACHET will not be granted on a permanent basis. Any hyperlink must be removed upon D.BACHET's request. Hyperlinks to the SITE that use techniques such as framing or in-line linking are strictly prohibited.
