A Thoughtful Shipping Experience

Every shipment is fully insured for its total value and delivered exclusively against signature. Parcels are plain and unbranded, with no mention of contents or value, preserving the confidentiality of your purchase. D.Bachet remains intentionally discreet, and a tracking number is shared as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow each step with confidence.

Delivery Times and Options

All creations are made to order in our French workshop. Production generally requires 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the model and size. For bespoke or special creations, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• 24 to 72 hours within mainland France
• 2 to 5 business days within the European Union
• 3 to 10 business days worldwide

Upon request, your jewel can also be collected from our showroom in Nîmes or from our offices in Paris or Lyon. Discretion and Presentation

Discretion is at the heart of our service. No external element reveals the nature of the contents.
Each D.Bachet jewelry box is elegantly wrapped and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and invoice.

If the piece is intended as a gift, we can include a personalized message upon request, along with a certificate of authenticity without any price details. The invoice will be sent to you by email.

Returns and Exchanges

Each D.Bachet creation is made to order. Personalized pieces cannot be returned.
For eligible creations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, provided the jewel has not been worn and its case remains intact.
